Complete the Inquiry Form: To get started, please fill out the inquiry form on our website. This helps us understand your needs and gives us the information we need to tailor our services to your project. You’ll hear back from us within 3–5 business days to schedule your consultation call.
Consultation Call & Invoice: After we review your inquiry, we’ll schedule a consultation call to discuss your goals, ideas, and vision for the photoshoot. This helps us understand your brand and establish a clear direction for the shoot. We’ll also work with you to gather any props and materials that will enhance the shoot. Following the consultation, we will send you an invoice, and once payment is received, we will begin planning your shoot.
Planning & Creative Direction: Once payment is confirmed, we begin planning your photoshoot. This includes creating the concept, choosing the theme, selecting locations, styling suggestions, developing a shot list, and organizing any necessary props to align with your vision. We’ll ensure that everything fits your brand’s aesthetic and elevates the overall look of the shoot.
Photoshoot Day: On the day of the photoshoot, we provide full creative direction, ensuring the shoot goes smoothly. Our team will guide you through every step of the process to capture the best shots.
Post-Shoot Review & Edits: After the shoot, we review the photos and start the editing process. You’ll receive your images with the option to request any further edits if needed.
Delivery & Next Steps: Once your photos are finalized, we’ll deliver them to you. You’ll also have the option to add on any additional services like marketing collateral, brand identity design, or video content to complement the photos.

We recommend booking your photoshoot at least 4–6 weeks in advance. This allows us to properly plan every detail, from creative direction to location scouting and logistics. However, we understand that sometimes projects come up last minute. If you need to book a shoot on short notice, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline. A rush fee may be incurred for bookings made less than 2 weeks before the photoshoot date.
Yes, we offer payment plans through services like Afterpay and Klarna, allowing you to split your payment into manageable installments. Additionally, we have other flexible payment plan options available, which can be tailored to your project’s needs. Travel: Travel fees are based on the location of your photoshoot. Travel expenses will be calculated based on distance, and we’ll discuss this during your consultation.
Yes, we offer on-location services to accommodate our clients' needs. While we are based in Connecticut, we are happy to travel to different locations as needed. Travel arrangements and logistics are addressed in our inquiry form, so please complete it, and we'll work together to tailor a solution that suits your project.
