Payment Policy - Full payment is required upfront for all orders. Projects will not begin until payment is received. - Any additional fees, such as for extra revisions or project changes, must be paid before completion and file delivery. Payment Methods: - We accept payments through CashApp ($amonetcreativestudio) and Zelle (contact@amonetcreativestudio.com) for additional fees and add-on services. - Payment plans are also available at checkout through options like Sezzle. Invoice Terms: - Invoices must be paid within 3 days of receipt or by the agreed-upon due date, including weekends. - Late payments will incur a $25 charge for each day past the due date. Please ensure timely payments to avoid delays and additional charges.

All projects with A. Mone’t Creative Studio include up to 3 revisions. To help us capture your vision and minimize revisions, please be sure to provide detailed design ideas in the intake form. - After the 3 included revisions, a $15 fee will apply for each additional minor revision. - If a complete redesign is requested, a $50 fee will be applied. - Once the design is approved and final files are delivered, any further revisions will also incur a $50 fee. We ask that you respond to drafts and revisions within 24 hours to avoid delays. If there is no communication for 14 days, the project will be archived, and a $60 fee will apply to resume. Please respect both our time and yours to ensure a smooth process.

All communication is conducted via email. For any questions or concerns, please reach out to contact@amonetcreativestudio.com, and allow 24-48 hours for a response (excluding weekends and holidays). Clients are responsible for responding and providing required information in a timely manner. Consultation calls are available via Zoom or phone call upon request. If a client fails to respond or submit the necessary information within 14 business days after placing an order, the project will be archived. To resume the project after this period, a $60 fee will apply.

Due to the nature of our services, all payments made to A. Mone’t Creative Studio are 100% non-refundable. Please note that refunds are not issued under any circumstances. If you wish to cancel your order, no refund will be provided for payments already received. Print Order Dissatisfaction We value your satisfaction with our print materials. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory prints, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing photos, videos, and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will promptly review the situation and, if necessary, remake your prints at no additional cost.
