Our branding packages provide essential elements for a strong brand identity, whether you're starting a business or revamping your business. Branding is more than just a logo and flyers. Our packages include everything your business needs to stand out and make a lasting impression. Plus, we offer 1-on-1 support throughout the entire process.   • When do I make payment? Are payment plans available
    You are required to make full payment before we begin working, each month. You can split your order into multiple payments with Sezzle or Afterpay
  • Is printing included in retainer packages
    No, it's not included in package. However, you can purchase prints separately by visiting our "Print Shop" page.
  • What kind of commitment am I making?
    Each retainer is on a monthly-basis. We will re-evaluate after each month to ensure that the program is fitting for your business.
  • What if I don't use all graphics?
    Remaining graphics cannot be rolled over. To get the most out of the retainer program, plan all of your graphics ahead of time or I can assist with planning during our monthly meeting.

  • Are there payment plans available?
    Yes! Sezzle allows you split your order into 4 payments with no interest. If you're not able to utilize Sezzle please email us ( to discuss other payment arrangement options.
  • What do I need to do prior to booking?
    You must have professional photos! If you need help planning your brand photoshoot, we offer creative direction services. Please create a google doc with all the need content/verbiage for your website/booking site If you have any questions please email us -
  • What's the process?
    Select the best branding package for your brand Download file that will be sent after purchase. It will contain links to schedule consultation call and resources We will meet to discuss your branding and vision We will start developing your branding I will send you designs to review and leave feedback Once all branding is approved I will send all your files It is highly recommended that you join our VIP Monthly Retainer Program, after the completion of your branding package to help you consistently and confidently show up for your brand.
  • Can I substitute one of the services included in the package?
    Yes! For example, if you would like to substitute a flyer for another card design you can do so. Just email us prior to booking to discuss the changes -
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
  • Design Policy
    All clients must submit “Intake Form” all content and payments in order for project to begin. Clients are required to submit high quality photos. Please avoid pictures that have filters and harsh edits. Screenshots are not allowed Professional pictures are required for website designs If client does not have high quality pictures, stock photos can be used for an additional fee. If unable to submit photographs via form, email them to Be sure to put your business name and service in the subject line For website design packages, please review “Website Checklist” prior to booking. All information must be submitted before starting clients' website. I am not responsible for website host (shopify/wix) plan, domain and shipping set-up .   • Refund/Cancellation Policy
    Due to the nature of the services offered, payments are 100% non-refundable. Please understand that refunds are not granted under no circumstances If you wish to cancel your order, A. Mone’t Creative Studio will not issue a refund on payment received
  • Communication Policy
    Clients are responsible for communicating in a timely manner Communication is done via email. Please contact for all questions and concerns. Please allow 24-48 hours for response (excludes weekends and holidays) Consultation calls are available via zoom or phone call If client fail to respond and/or submit information 14 business days after placing order, your project will be archived. If client wishes to continue, there will be a $50 fee to resume
  • Payment Policy
    Full payment is required in advance for all orders Fees must be paid in advance before completing and receiving project Methods for additional fees: Cashapp ($amonetcreativestudio) & Zelle ( Invoices must be paid 3 days after invoice is sent (weekends included). Late payment: Everyday after that 3rd day will incur a $25 per day charge. You can split order into multiple payments with Sezzle and Afterpay
  • Turnaround Time Policy
    Please understand turnaround times are estimated time frames. These time frames are subject to change due to revisions, communication delays, peak business seasons (around major holidays). Weekends, holidays & revisions aren't included in the turnaround time. Turnaround time begins 1 business day after payment, inquiry form, and all content is submitted. Single services: 5-10 business days Acuity Site Design: 2 business weeks Packages and Website Designs: 4 business weeks Rush orders: Single Services & Acuity Designs: 1-2 business days ($50 fee) Packages & Website Design: 2-3 business weeks ($100 fee)

  • Revision Policy
    All projects issued to A. Mone’t Creative Studio will receive 3 revisions There will be a $15 fee for each additional revision after the 3 given Once client approves a design and receives final files they are final and will not be able to revise. If client would like service redesigned it will be a $30 fee Please respond to drafts/revisions within 24 hours. Failure to do so will cause delays in your project. After 14 days of no communication, project will be archived and will incur $50 fee to resume
  • Return Policy For Print Materials
    We value your satisfaction with our print materials. If you receive damaged or unsatisfactory prints, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, along with pictures and videos showcasing the issue. We will promptly assess the situation and remake your prints at no additional cost. Your happiness with our products is paramount to us.
  • Shipping Policy
    Standard Shipping Time: 8 business days after confirmation of design Express Shipping Time: 3-4 business days after confirmation of design Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to the email on file Please note, A. Mone't Creative Studio is not responsible for lost packages once they are noted as delivered from the shipping carrier via tracking number provided. Keep in mind, that bad weather and carrier delays can happen and you will be notified if so.
