Whether you’re launching a new product or rebranding an existing one, we’ll create eye-catching, professional labels that capture your brand’s essence and communicate your product’s value. Our designs are tailored to your product’s target audience and packaging requirements.

 

You can purchase 1, 2, or 3 product labels. For businesses requiring multiple marketing materials, we recommend joining our VIP Retainer Program. As a VIP, you get exclusive discounted rates and can choose the exact number of graphics you need—6, 12, or 18—across any type of marketing collateral, from social media posts to flyers, email campaigns, and more.

The Process

  • Onboarding & Submission
    After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your brand details, content, and any design direction or inspiration. The more detail you provide, the more aligned your final design will be.

  • Design Phase
    Based on your submission, we’ll begin creating a custom design that reflects your brand’s voice, style, and goals.

  • Review & Revisions
    You’ll receive the initial draft within the stated turnaround time. All projects include up to 3 revisions to fine-tune the design.

    • Additional minor revisions beyond the included 3: $15 each

    • Full redesign request: $50

    • Revisions after final delivery: $50

  • Final Delivery
    Once approved, your final design files will be delivered in high-resolution, web-ready formats.

To avoid delays, please respond to drafts and revisions within 24 hours. Projects with no communication for 14 days will be archived and subject to a $60 reactivation fee.

What You’ll Need to Provide

To begin your label design(s), you'll be asked to submit the following when completing intake form:

  • Exact Label Dimensions: Include height, width, and any bleed or trim specifications (if available).

  • Product Info: All text you want included on the label (product name, ingredients, directions, warnings, etc.)

  • Logo File: Submit a PNG file with a transparent background. Screenshots or low-resolution images will not be accepted.

  • Brand Colors: Provide HEX or RGB codes to keep your label aligned with your visual identity.

  • Product Type: A brief description or image of the product the label will be applied to (e.g., bottle, jar, pouch).

  • Photos (if applicable): If you’d like to include product or brand imagery. Don’t have photos? You can purchase our AI Stock Photo Add-On for custom visuals tailored to your brand.
