Onboarding & Submission
After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your brand details, content, and any design direction or inspiration. The more detail you provide, the more aligned your final design will be. -
Design Phase
Based on your submission, we’ll begin creating a custom design that reflects your brand’s voice, style, and goals. -
Review & Revisions
You’ll receive the initial draft within the stated turnaround time. All projects include up to 3 revisions to fine-tune the design.-
Additional minor revisions beyond the included 3: $15 each

Final Delivery
Once approved, your final design files will be delivered in high-resolution, web-ready formats.
To avoid delays, please respond to drafts and revisions within 24 hours. Projects with no communication for 14 days will be archived and subject to a $60 reactivation fee.
Turnaround Time
Designs are delivered within 5 business days after all required content and branding details are submitted. Completion time may vary depending on the number of revisions requested.
