The Process

  • Onboarding & Submission
    After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to submit your brand details, content, and any design direction or inspiration. The more detail you provide, the more aligned your final design will be.

  • Design Phase
    Based on your submission, we’ll begin creating a custom design that reflects your brand’s voice, style, and goals.

  • Review & Revisions
    You’ll receive the initial draft within the stated turnaround time. All projects include up to 3 revisions to fine-tune the design.

    • Additional minor revisions beyond the included 3: $15 each

    • Full redesign request: $50

    • Revisions after final delivery: $50

  • Final Delivery
    Once approved, your final design files will be delivered in high-resolution, web-ready formats.

To avoid delays, please respond to drafts and revisions within 24 hours. Projects with no communication for 14 days will be archived and subject to a $60 reactivation fee.

What You’ll Need to Provide

To ensure a smooth and timely design process, please be prepared to submit the following after booking:

  • Content: The exact text you want featured (headline, offer details, date, call-to-action, etc.)

  • Logo File: A high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background is required. Screenshots or JPEGs will not be accepted.

  • Brand Colors: Share your brand’s primary color codes (HEX or RGB) to ensure consistency.

  • Photos: Upload professional-quality images you'd like used in the design.

    • No professional photos? We offer custom AI-generated stock imagery that aligns with your brand aesthetic. If you’d like to use this option, please add the AI Stock Photo Add-On to your cart at checkout.

 Please make sure to review our policies before booking. This ensures clarity on revisions, timelines, and expectations.

Turnaround Time + Rush Order

Flyer design is delivered within 5-6 business days after all required content and branding details are submitted. Completion time may vary depending on the number of revisions requested.
