What You'll Need to Provide:
You’ll receive a detailed Website Planner to guide you through this process and help you organize your content effectively.

• Photos – High-quality, professional product or brand images are required for your design.Don’t have any? We offer brand photography and creative direction services to help you capture custom visuals. Alternatively, you can purchase AI-generated or curated stock photo add-ons tailored to your brand style.
• Product Details – All products must have clear imagery and basic details (name, description, price).
• Policies – You'll need to provide key website content such as Return Policies, Shipping Policies, FAQs, and other customer support details. These sections are essential to ensure a clear and trustworthy experience for your customers.

The Process

The Startup Package Process

  • Onboarding
    Once you’ve booked your package, you’ll receive a confirmation email, a Website Planner and an intake form

  • Brand Development
    We begin by creating your Mini Logo Suite, establishing your core brand identity with a primary logo, submark, color palette, typography and brand board.

  • Website Design
    Your custom website is designed using your approved branding and submitted content, including up to 10 product uploads and mobile optimization.

  • Collateral & Content Design
    After your website design is underway, we’ll create your launch flyer, social media posts, and branded templates for a cohesive visual rollout.

  • Review & Revisions
    You’ll receive a preview of your site and branded materials. Two rounds of revisions are included to ensure everything aligns with your vision.

  • Training & Launch
    We’ll finish with a personalized website walkthrough and training session, where you’ll learn how to update your site, upload products, and manage content confidently.

Turnaround Time

• Mini Logo Suite – Initial logo concept delivered within 7–10 business days after brand details are submitted.

• Website Design – Completed within 3–4 business weeks from the time all content, branding, and product details are provided.

• Social Media Graphics – Delivered within 4–5 business days after receiving content and completion of your website.

Requirements

To keep your project on track and ensure a smooth launch, you’ll be asked to submit the following through your Website Planner and intake form:

  • Professional Photos – You must have product or brand images before purchasing this package. Don’t have any? We offer AI-generated or curated stock photo options as an add-on.

  • Product Information – Names, descriptions, pricing, and images for each product (up to 10 products included).

  • Website Policies – Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and FAQs. These are essential to build trust and transparency with your customers.

  • Domain Name – You’ll need to purchase your domain before we begin your website build. We recommend using GoDaddy for quick setup and easy domain management.

  • Email Address – A business email (e.g., info@yourbrand.com).

  • Timely Communication & Prep– Prompt responses and having all information and content during the project timeline help us keep everything moving efficiently and deliver your project on time.
