Website design is completed within 3–4 business weeks after all content, branding, and required details have been submitted.

The Process

  • Onboarding & Intake
    Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Website Planner and intake form to gather your content, branding, product details, and goals.

  • Content Review & Prep
    We’ll review everything you’ve submitted—including product images, policies, and brand assets—and follow up on any missing details before design begins.

  • Website Design Begins
    Your custom website will be designed using your branding and content. We’ll build up to 4 pages, upload 10 products, and optimize everything for both desktop and mobile.

  • Review & Revisions
    Once complete, you’ll receive a preview of your website. Two rounds of revisions are included to make sure it’s aligned with your vision and functionality needs.

  • Launch Promo Kit Design
    You’ll also receive your Website Launch Promo Kit, which includes 2 custom social media posts and a branded flyerto announce your launch across Instagram, email, or print.

  • Training & Launch
    We’ll wrap up with a personalized website walkthrough, teaching you how to update your site, change banners, and upload products confidently.

What you'll need to provide

To begin your project smoothly and avoid delays, please have the following ready after booking:

  • Website Content – This includes all written copy for your pages (About, Services, Contact, etc.), including product names, descriptions, and pricing if applicable. A Website Planner will be provided to help guide you.

  • Logo File – A high-resolution PNG file with a transparent background is required. Screenshots or JPEGs will not be accepted.

  • Professional Photos – High-quality brand or product images. If you don’t have any, we offer brand photography and creative direction services, or you may purchase our AI-generated or curated stock photo add-on to maintain a polished, on-brand look.

  • Brand Colors & Fonts – Your preferred HEX codes and typography to ensure brand consistency across the site.

  • Domain Access – You must provide access to your domain. We recommend purchasing your domain through GoDaddy for easy integration.

  • Policy Details – Please provide your Return Policy, Shipping Policy, FAQ content, and any other important info you’d like included.
